Plattekill Mountain - 2025 FMR Catering Summary
Full Moon's all-inclusive wedding catering includes:
Bountiful hors d’oeuvres, a beautiful wedding dinner with two entrées, two sides, bread, salad and coffee/tea.
The package also includes white linens, cloth napkins, stainless flatware, water glasses and salt & pepper.
* Special dietary considerations are always accommodated *

Self Service Presentation: Included with Buffet and Plated services (includes paper plates/napkins & plastic forks)
Served Hors d’Oeuvres: Included with Plated service or available as an upgrade to Buffet service - see Section VI

Section III: Timing of Catering Service (3.5 Hour Service)
1.5 Hour: Hors d’Oeuvres Service
The first 30 minutes allows you and your guests time to descend the mountain.
Self-service table Hors d’Oeuvres available at the start
Served Hors d’Oeuvres the last hour (if applicable)
1/2 Hour: Seating and Formalities (Served salad if applicable)
1 Hour: Dinner Service
1/2 Hour: Coffee/tea and dessert
Section IV: Menu Selection & Tasting
Menu Selection: See Menu Selection Form
Menu Tasting: Tastings are offered as a service to confirmed catering clients. All tastings are conducted at Full Moon Resort on specified days twice per year. The tasting offers the opportunity to sample the selected menu and consult with the Executive Chef and Service Manager.
Final Menu Selections must be submitted within 7 days following the tasting

Section VII: Guest Counts
Minimum guaranteed guest count must be submitted with executed Menu Selection Form
Final Guest Count (including specific entree counts and guest’s dietary restrictions) must be submitted no later than 45 days in advance. The wedding couple must be included in the Final Counts
This contract includes a complimentary "Special Dietary Entree" for up to 15% of the total guest list
After the Final Count is submitted, credits will not be offered for reductions
Section VIII: Final Bill (After receiving Final Guest Counts, a Final Bill will be submitted for the balance of charges due)
Reductions: Credits will not be offered for reductions in Final Guest Count
Overages: Attendance above submitted guest count will be billed at listed rates
Section IX: Cancellation of Event
It is understood that, should Full Moon Resort find it necessary to cancel this event, liability will be limited to a refund of any applicable deposits.
It is understood that should the Wedding Couple find it necessary to cancel this event, any and all deposits are non-refundable.
NOTE: Full Moon suggests Wedding Event Insurance
Section X: Policies
Vendor Meals
Dinner for musicians, photographers, wedding officials etc., will be served 15 minutes prior and in an alternate location from the wedding dinner.
If any vendors are invited guests, the full guest rate will apply.
Wedding Ceremony & Event Planning:
Full Moon is not involved in any aspect of the wedding ceremony or details of event planning (table charts, seating arrangements, decorations, etc)
Couples are required to have their own Event Planner
Catering Equipment: This contract does not include any equipment other than that which is listed above (for example: tents, tables, chairs, or custom kitchen equipment)
Section XI: Deposits & Payments: All financial transactions are handled directly with Plattekill Mountain. Please see your Plattekill contract for all terms and conditions.
