Options include buffet or plated dinner service with a variety of menu options to choose from, allowing for complete customization to meet the desires of all culinary tastes and budgets. Catering services include menu selection assistance and a personalized tasting. Menus consist of a bountiful hors d'oeuvres self-station presentation, two entrees, two sides, salad, bread, and coffee/tea station. Upgrades are available including additional menu selections, as well as custom wedding cakes and baking. Special dietary considerations are always accommodated (Vegetarian, Vegan, Allergies, etc.).
