Hors d’ Oeuvres includes self-service Presentation and choice of three served items

Self-Service Hors d’ Oeuvres Presentation

 An artful arrangement of local and imported cheeses such as, but not limited to, farmhouse cheddar, chèvre, swiss, Roquefort blue, dill havarti, and Boursin. To accompany these fine cheeses will be grapes, an assortment of flatbreads, gluten-free rice crackers, and a basket of crispy, baked bruschetta

The presentation also includes crisp seasonal vegetables, homemade hummus, pita, assorted olives and tapenades, pickles, stuffed grape leaves, caprese salad, smoked fish, seasoned meats, and assorted pâté

The Tapas Party is a service upgrade designed for those interested in an alternative to the traditional cocktail hour/dinner format. This three-hour service provides a casual party atmosphere, no assigned seating and plenty of time for mingling.  Dancing and socializing with extended bar service may continue in the reception location for up to an additional two hours.

Immediately following the ceremony, a lovely self-service presentation is featured at the reception location along with the presentation of three Served Tapas followed by a service of five Plated Selections and concluding with choice of two dessert Selections.

Condiments such as jams, jelly, preserves, butter, and cream cheese are also included.
